Getting a bit OT here but... You can configure on the Zappi the minimum % of power from the panels that will be used to charge the vehicle. @Grumpy_Mike seems to have his Zappi to 100%. I have mine set lower because I noticed that outside of high summer, I was exporting <1.3KW to the grid for long periods, which could be used to charge the vehicle. It seems that the minimum rate that it will charge a vehicle at is around 1.3~1.4KW. So rather than export 1.3KW to the grid, I would much rather import 0.1KW from the grid and charge the vehicle at 1.4KW.
