Yeah, I was wondering if rates varied with time of use but didn't ask. More expensive power during the day and cheaper rates at night would certainly lead one to concentrate consumption (especially EV charging) at night, whether or not one has solar panels. ETA: it would be interesting to know how time-of-use rates factor into the "net metering" equation. At first blush, it doesn't seem straightforward.
