I would like to solder my experimental Arduino setup for permanent installation. Question is how to solder a wire to the screw-down terminal of the relay board. If I had a vacuum desolder tool, I would desolder the 3 terminal pins.

The screw terminal is permanent, no need to solder.
Why don’t you put the wire in the terminal then tighten the hold down screw?
If you need to solder the wire, solder it the the terminal pad.
Thank you.
