Solution design has no guaranty of WIFI Availability but still need OTA support

my solution design requires Bluetooth LE. and on the placement of the product , I cannot be ensured of wifi service availability.. and the product may not be physically accessible.
currently testing with the nano 33 IOT

but I will still need to do sketch updates. I have another solution that DOES have wifi access and it self updates when it detects a version change available..

no such luck here..

I know I could use the IOT with wifi (nano IOT) , and have it become the server, and then my device can connect... but otherwise the wifi stuff is overhead.. (running off battery so got to turn off everything I don't need)

is there any Bluetooth transport/OTA support on the nano BLE?
