That leaves the question: why?
I am struggling here...all of you are right. I am able to have these interrupt functions running and i can send out bytes of information but when i try and send out the pulse count received using the interrupt nothing is sent. I am very confused. I put multiple serial prints in different lines of code to verify that my program is running through the appropriate steps and all of these user set values are recieved on The Things Network except the serial print for the pulse count. aaaaaaaahhhhhh.
