I just installed the latest version of the arduino IDE on my windows 10 machine and It appears to be stuck wanting to download to the board via parrallel proggramer using my pc's on board serial port. it doesnt reconize my arduino mega that is plugged in via usb at all. how to I make the IDE talk to my mega 2560 via usb?
I have the CH340G chip and had to download the driver for it manually.
