Hi,
I have made a breadboard arduino.

But it doesnt work.
Have changed my crystal with 2 other new crystals, also changed the 22pf and still the same.
Between pin 7 and 8 i have 4,94V and between pin 22 and 20 i have also 4,94V.
I can't find the problem. And if i put the chip in the arduinoboard everything works fine...

Looked at the pin mapping from ATmega328P-20PU instead of the ATmega328P-PU
