I think it is because I am using windows 8.1, or because non of my usb ports is reconized as com port...

And when I try to install the driver for my arduino, it says that they found a driver, but there was an error while trying to install the driver. The system couldn't find the given pad.

What can I do??

I fixed it. Just upgraded to windows 10 and it works
