[SOLVED] Cant upload script to UNO, no port

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

Hi, just got my UNO, but I cant upload to it :frowning:

My computer dose not recognize the arduino. There is no port selected and in the device maneger I see the device as USB2.0-Seral.

When I try to update the driver by searching online nothing is found (it actually stopps responding, I have to go ctrl + alt + del to quit it)

When I manually chose the drivers folder with the arduino software download, it fails and says the drivers can't be found.

I am using windows 7 64 bit.

Any ideas?

Problem solved. I'm using a clone and not original brad, I needed a different driver.
