Loading the Web editor seems to be stuck in a loop - a screen asking for Terms and Conditions acceptance (which I have previously accepted) flashes up briefly then it seems to go into a continuous loop trying to load the editor and showing the T&C page.
Any suggestions?
Or at least any way I can get to my sketches which are stored on the cloud.
I hope I haven't lost them...
Yes I am having the exact same problem, only just happened today and no, I can't seem to find a solution - I too hope my sketches aren't lost. Can someone help please?

This is a problem that many people are currently having. I believe this is a problem with Arduino Web Editor and there is not anything you can do to fix it on your end.
Keep in mind you have the option of using the standard Arduino IDE until the Web Editor is fixed. You can download the standard IDE for free here:
It looks like the servers are back up if you could clear your caches and try again.
