Do anyone know how I can restricting the charge current to max 150mA?
I read the BQ24195 description but I didn't reached this goal yet... some register settings are still mysterious for me, at the moment.

Yes it's possible to restrict the charge current with the REG entries. But the BQ24195 has to run in hosting mode and the charging management has to done by the host. This means: You have to manage the charging manually.
But be carefully with changing the REG entries because the charging of a LiPo battery can end in flames! Therefore read the BQ24195 manual carefully and attentive.
Still again: Be carefully if you do that!
