What is the input impedence of your DMM? I guess around 10 Mohm, so your circuit has 10 Mohm on top and 5Mohm on bottom, so what you get is 1/3 of the voltage.

Thank you very much. That sounds plausible. Unfortunately, my DMM is so old that I don't have a manual and I cannot find one online. I'll hook up an micro controller and have a look. :slight_smile:
