Just want to make sure you know, those 10 pin connectors are not due to USB 3.0. Each 10-pin header is for a pair of USB ports (which is why they are labeled USB34, USB56, etc).
I think your biggest problem is going to be finding drivers for that card. Have you tried looking up the model number of the wireless card?
