[Solved] No such file or directory when uploading

When i try to upload any code from the arduino editor i get the following error:

im also on a clean install of windows 10.
trying to upload to an arduino uno rev3

Using:
Windows 10 Pro version 1607
Google Chrome version 53.0.2785.143 m (64-bit)

System: Windows 10
Arduino: Arduino Nano
Browser: Both latest Chrome 53.0.2785.143 m
and latest Firefox (new download and install)
Sketch: Any, trying to upload Blink as an example here
