[SOLVED] nRF24L01+ overheating?

Hello,

I bought the nRF24L01+ 2,4GHz wireless Transceiver from Amazon (Kuman) and looked up how to connect it. Of course, there are many picture but in the end they show all the same: everything other than the IRQ. So, I have everything connected just like on the attached picture. As soon as I plugged a power source into my Arduino Mega the nRF module gets hot. I had a Bluetooth module connected to the Mega as well and that uses 5V, so I thought maybe something with connection them on the same gnd is the issue, but after I even used a completely different power source for the module the problem still persists.
I read something about using a power regulator and/or a capacitor. Do you think this could help my overheating issue?
Is it an issue to not have any code on my Mega?

I think if the nRF24 gets hot you can safely assume it is broken. Be careful that it does not also damage your Arduino.
