[Solved] Online Arduino Editor does not upload properly?

Hi fellow community,

I have a arduino genuino 101 (Intel board) and I tried to test blink/hello word.

The online editor recognizes the board properly + verifies the code properly but after that nothing happens.

The button shows the term busy and nothing happens for several seconds.

After that it says compilation failed, refer to forum :frowning:

Any help is strongl appreciated!

PS: I tried it with the software also and following error code I can get while uploading:

Did you say you had a 101 or a UNO as the output looks like it called a UNO not a 101 ?

You also said the "online editor" which is "CREATE" so I am a bit more confused as the output looks to call IDE 1.8.1 ?

I have had occasions when problems with Create failing to save. A box pops up with message "error saving file". Fixed by signing out and signing back in again. To save changes for the next log in I just copy and paste.

OK it sounds like you may gave a couple of slightly different issues.

Couple of questions first..

Which browser ? Just in case you are using something other than the ones in windows 10.

Before you open CREATE could you RIGHT click the icon and open the DEBUG CONSOLE.
debug console.jpg

It will open a browser page. Please leave that open for the moment and then open CREATE as you would normally.

Log in and try to upload a sketch..

Doesnt matter if it fails but copy and paste the output from the debug Console back here please but use CODE TAGS ( </> )

We have identified the problem on the upload on the 101, will keep you posted on the outcome of the debugging, thanks for your patience

We have pushed a new version of the plugin, that will be automatically updated into version 1.1.52. This should solve the 101 issue, let us know otherwise. Thanks!
