((SOLVED)) PCB layout problem !

so i needed a tqfp100 to dip converter , what this link provides is perfect

the thing is , the guy does not give nothing but a jpg file for the pcb layout ?? when i sent that to the guy that makes these for me , he said that he cannot do anything with a "jpg" file and that he needed a PCB layout file or a CAD file ???

what's the problem here ??

An image file like that is only suitable for home fabrication, like if you're etching your own circuit boards (also, it's .jpg, so it's not even great for that, because of compression artifacts...). Professional PCB fabrication requires files that can be used directly by the automated manufacturing equipment that the board house uses - this is almost universally in "gerbers" - though nowadays many board houses will take eagle layout (.brd) files and export the gerbers for you.

The person who made that page either didn't post gerbers/board layout, or made it by hand in another drawning program so said files never existed. To get that board made professionally, you or someone else needs to draw it out in a CAD program like eagle.

TQFP-100 to DIP converters are commercially available, though it seems to be a small enough market that they're kinda pricey.

"though nowadays many board houses will take eagle layout (.brd) files and export the gerbers for you"
and you can make the gerbers yourself. File:CAM Processors is the path for that in eagle.

Check these guys too, will even mount the part for you:

A breakout that big doesnt allow decoupling capacitors to be placed close enough to the
chip - there is no guarantee you will be able to get the chip to work reliably. A chip-specific
break out with decoupling and power distribution built-in would be much better bet.

Maybe there were caps under the board?

thank you guys , the Caps part is not a problem ,
CrossRoads : i imported one like that from ProtoAdvantage they sent me an incorrect one though  so now i have to make my own one .

so please guys guide me to what i should do ? +how can i implement the right measurements ??
thank you . (i never did this before)

hey again , the adapter if for the "LDT7009" chip 14x14mm TQFP100 chip .
i drew this just now on Autocad , would this work ? thank you .
tha guy accepts autocad files , but is that even a correct schematic for the adapter ?
here is the "dwg" autocad file :
the selected unit there is "cm" .
