SOLVED.
I forgot the handler in loop()!
Esp8266. Finally got the shimmering effect I wanted! Problem is when I went back upstairs to adjust color balance, the PORT >> was empty. I tried restarting IDE.
Then used phone app called FING and pinged it and even connected on 8080 with a http400. But no OTA service picked up with IDE .
I know I asked before same concern, but I couldn't find that poisat. Sorry if I repeat
