Thanks for the demo code and the time.
I tried it with all suggested options like 10 up to 100 ms
With and without comment line for scaleData = scale.read();
Also removed the extra HX711.h line in the top.
Only line that is printed in the serial monitor = Starting DemoCode1.ino.
