Check your cable connection. Reversed connection on the ISP pins will cause this error.
Also you need to select Uno and not Mega.
It's also my understanding that the Usbtiny shouldn't be used to program a chip with >64K memory.

And I tried to burn bootloader for Mega too, though

Error while burning bootloader.
Since USBtinyISP can only program chips with <64K memory (I just knew that, thanks again )
