I have this topic
but when I look at the International/ Dutch part I do not see it anymore on the list and also no messages when it is updated.
Can someone look what has happened ?

Note that the newer topics/topics with recent activity are listed first, so some times you might need to scroll down through the listings to find one.
That is not an efficient way to find one of your own topics, so you should instead use the list of topics you created:
https://forum.arduino.cc/my/activity/topics
But since you were able to find your topic I suspect you are already aware of this and were instead concerned regarding the general accessibility of the topic.
