Shouting in CAPS is not a good start.

It seems that you might not have selected the correct board or MCU type ?

What board do you actually have and is it a clone or a REAL ARDUINO ?

What OS ?

Please read the posts at the top of the forum for what information you should be posting.

Hi sorry for incovenience, i am attach a image from CHIP and i dont know to find if was REAL ARDUINO, i am using Win 10 pro.

In the IDE you should select the NANO
Then you will probably need to select the FLAVOUR and there will be 3 choices.

Based on your picture the chances are it will be either the 328P or 328P (Old Bootloader) of which one of them should work and the other will probably fail.

Ensure you also have the correct COM port selected in the IDE as will be shown in windows DEVICE MANAGER under COM & LPT PORTS when you plug in the NANO.
