Sos auto controller/doser ph e ec

Good everyone,
I have a hobby for hydroponics, i have hardly any experience with Arduino, circuits etc. but I'm trying to automate the nutrient and ph aspect of the water for plants. So I would like to create with your help a device that can measure and regulate the Ph and EC values.

Attached I have created a file that represents what I would like to design and on the second page (I did some research and more or less I found these components in various projects) the necessary components, even if I do not know if they are all right and if they are all.

I look forward to your help and if the components are all I need help how to connect them together.

To be more precise it was posted here even though it was in Italian and was move to the Italian section of the forum but you are right, @gennyc needs to decide which one to keep to avoid duplication
