Sound Generator using PWM signal

Dear all,

I am looking for Simple working circuit for SOund Generator using PWM signal.

I have Speaker with 8ohm, 100-100000khz,0.8W-3W operating frequency.

My end application look like this. If any fault being detected Speaker as to produce sound using PWM signal.

Actually I have tested speaker using UM3561 tone generator. It working without any issue. Then i tried to provide power through mC based transistor control circuit . i found DIp in voltage.
with UM3561 IC speaker is operated at 3V

I have tried simple circuit , if i give 5v it produce small hissing sound.

Can someone suggest best way to control speaker with PWM signal.

You usually run the PWM signal through a low pass filter, which extracts the audio. Then put the audio signal through a pre-amplifier etc.

On the other hand, if noise is what you want in your audio, then don't filter the PWM.
