Sound Reactive LED-Lamp with Box-Out Button

Hey @ all,

i am totally new to Arduino, but i want to start my own project with following Idea.
I want to create a Soundreactive acrylic Lamp that shines in slow frequence in RGB-Colors from below. Further i want a microphone in it, that lets blink the lamp in red light if the dB value is too loud. The only way to set it in normal mode is to punch a little connected "pillow-button".

Background of this is that i am raging sometimes while playing :smiley:
So i want to punch it back to normal.

I don't want someone to write me a code or sth. i want you to help me creating it by my own.
I have zero experience but 100 % will to learn.
