SP WROOM32, How to connect to phone via BlueTooth AUTOMATTICALLY?

Hello,

I have an ESP WROOM32 that I connect via BleuTooth CLASSIC to my phone.
I connect via a manual connect action on my phone.
Via an event I can see in the monitor that it is connected.
When the connection is lost an other event is triggered and the is displayed in the monitor as well.

Now.......how can I make the connection become active, every time the two devices are near to each other without human intervention?
==> I go near the ESP, connect event triggers.
