This reminds me of the 'Jack Wolfskin' incident. Suing innocent housewives selling t-shirts on various online portals for stitching cat paws to t-shirts... Where does it end ?
Dang Silly. There are quite are few SPARC and SPARK hits with Google to make the lawyers claim seem frivolous and almost spiteful.
