Speed and direction control for two motors in interpolated way

How I can interpolate two H-bridge using Arduino UNO R3? My idea is :

1) Command Forward : Two motors turns Clockwise direction

2) Command Reverse : Two motors turns Anti-clockwise direction

3) Command Left : Left motor turns Anti-clockwise and Right motor turns Clockwise

4) Command Right : Left motor turns Clockwise and Right motor turns Anti-Clockwise

All this was associated with a potentiometer control, in other words

My potentiometer control will come from a RC receiver

I presume you mean that control is from a Joystick?

Do you want to have speed control or just "on - off" behaviour of the motors?

How is your Ardunio getting data from the RC controller? And what form is the data in?

What you're describing is differential steering.

Are your inputs going to consist of one channel to send the average speed and another channel to send the steering input? If not, what form will they take?
