Hello, can you suggest me any distance/speed doppler type module wich can work further than 100 meters ?

100 meters is a long ways. I don't think you can do that with sound without resorting to very loud sounds (small explosives come to mind).
The more standard solution in this case would be RADAR or LIDAR which use radio waves and light respectively, and are both quite expensive and hard or impossible to make yourself.
I understand..Could you name some RADAR modules ?
At that sort of range, you're probably going to be looking at something that needs a licence to operate.
I assume you already did a google search for "arduino radar sensor" and did not see anything you could use?
