Hi
I'm new in arduino world.
I have an arduino mega 1280, bought recently.
I want to buy a 3.2" or 2.8" TFT LCD (with touch screen) but i don't know who works with my arduino.
I want to display on this lcd the speed of my car and RPM , so i need a fast refresh (for small areas).
I find some models on ebay but please give me an indication who is easy to connect(less wire) and who is easy to develope it.
I saw more of them works with ILI93XX or HX8347 IC Driver.
Those are what i find:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200475566068&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
If exists a library for one of them it will be easy for me.
Other problem who i have is resolution. All of them(lcd's from links) have 320 on vertical direction , and i need 320 on horizontal direction. It is possible to setup this from code, for this types of tft lcd?
Thanks a lot for your helps.
Graynomad - thanks a lot for your time, but i saw thet type of lcd is to expensive.
DOC_Norway - thank you too.this library i knew it but i think it works only i have the itdb20 shield for this lcd, but i don't need it because on my arduino mega i have another 2 lcd 20X4 char , 6 temp sensors , 2 pressure , on db1307 real clock , one light shield. But if you think i can use this library directly with this type of tft lcd , connected on my arduino(after my calculation i need 24 digital pins), it is ok fo me.Do you think can i modify direction 320vertican in horizontal like i need?
Hi
Thanks henning.
I'm the same person who write on email address.
I bought the lcd last night from ebay.
Please tell me if i put a 10K resistor, like you said, on each pins from lcd to arduino (in serial connection not paralel) it is ok?
Thanks again.
