I'm having difficulty finding libraries and examples for using the 1351 via I2C. Everything I found expects a SPI connection. Can the Libraries for the 1306 be utilized by simply changing the resolution to 128 x 128 dpi? Or the Adafruit 1351 library be changed to I2C?

in the SSD1351 datasheet.
It does not support I2C. (and it would be rather slow)

Thanks, That clears things up. It appears that the one I ordered does not support I2c as advertised, despite the fact that the first answered question specifically states it supports I2C. The detailed specs say only SPI
