(SSR relay ) OMRON G6A-434P

Dear Gentelmen,
I have arduino mega 2560
5 v DC power source
5 volts light

and
SSR relay ( OMRON G6A-434P)

my question :
I need to trigger this relay ( using arduino port 8 ) to ON or OFF the LED every 10 seconds. can any one tell me how I connect arduino and power source - and + to this relay ?

I know how to run this arduino circuit using magnetic relay, but I don't know how to wire this circuit using SSR .

I need some one to help.

Omron G6A relays are not SSR's. They're just like any other relay with a coil and contacts.
