Stack Skills - Controlling a CPU Fan - Part 1 - User Input Control

Hi all,
I'm new here so go easy on me please

I'm learning Arduino from stackSkills, and in the project of controlling a CPU fan, I've encounter a problem.

The purpose of this project is controlling the speed of the fan via user input (between 0 and 9).
As you can see in the video,

from some reason, the fan is always on, and the input changes has no affect over it (I know for a fact that the code is good, as it is exactly the same as in stackSkills), so there must something wrong with the way I assembled the hardware, but I cannot figure out what's wrong with it.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rotem

You have not provided any useful information.

I know for a fact that the code is good, as it is exactly the same as in stackSkills

You don't know squat, then.

so there must something wrong with the way I assembled the hardware

I won't argue with that.

but I cannot figure out what's wrong with it.

You've posted no code, no schematic, and no pictures, so you can't reasonably expect us to help you.
