Stacking boards without spacers and with corresponding pins not facing

Hello,

I want to stack three boards : a Pro-Mini clone (Wattuino), a Drotek IMU and a BlueSmirf bluetooth board. I can stack the Wattuino and the Blue Smirf but I can't but the IMU in between because the pins for the connection between the Wattuino and the IMU are not all at a matching place. Also, there are no holes for spacers on both boards so I can't stack them with regular spacers and connect the boards with soldered cables directly.

Any suggestion ?

Pro-Mini mounts in a 24-pin 0.6" wide socket, doesn't it? Maybe buy an Arduino prototyping
shield, and mount the socket and everything else on that.
