Stacking shields

Hello,

Sorry if this has been asked already, I searched for an answer but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, and I'm pretty much a noob.

I am using an Arduino Uno R3 with a motor shield (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoMotorShieldR3). I'd like to add a wifi shield (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoWiFiShield) to send data to my webpage. I know that shields can be stacked if the pins that are used are different for each shield. I believe that these two shield cannot be used together as they use the same pins, but I'd like to get a second opinion from someone who has more experience than me.

Thank you very much in advance.

Yes thy have pins in common.
The motor shield does not have to use those pins where as the WiFi has.
Why not make your own motor drive circuit?
