Hi guys really simple one here. If I am sing both analogue and digital pins with using also the RX and TX pins, how would I lay this out with standalone atmega328 from my UNO R3?

Do you want to pull your chip from the Uno and use it?
To support that, you need a 10K pullup resistor for reset, a 16 MHz crystal, two 22 pF capacitors, and 0.1uF capacitors to from the VCC,AVCC, and AREF pins to ground.
After that, connect up what you will to work with your circuit.
All can be found here inexpensively.
They even have a kit with breadboard, 28 pin socket, bunch of other parts. Need to add the crystal and 22pf caps separately.
