stand alone

I have put in a sketch to the 328 using my UNO and now want to remove this and put it into a stand alone project. Can anyone tell me what I need to connect on the 328 one the stand alone board please

Thanks for the reply. It think all that seems a bit complicated, all I want is what to wire up besides +5v,Gnd, input and otput pins. Do I need the crystal? what other pins need to be connected

It is possible to use the internal 8MHz clock instead of a crystal. The fuse settings will be different to enable the internal clock. I found this set of settings that is supposed to be put into boards.txt to allow installing a bootloader and sketches on an ATmega328 without a crystal or resonator. I have not tried it myself.
