Standalone 2560 + FT232RL - Bootloader

Hello,

Just a quick question. I am building a board with a atmega2560-16AU on it, and also a FT232RL.

Do I just use the standard Arduino Mega 2560 bootloader, or is that for the new Mega with the atmel chip instead of the FT232RL?

If someone knows and can post I would appreciate it.
