Help me guys! I am having issues with opening ARDUINO 1.6.5. When i double clicked the EXE file. It will load up for 2-3 secs before it disappear. How do i solved this? I will provide any information related if it's required. A screen short is provided below!

I know that it could be too easy, but have you tried to restart your pc and/or disabling the antivirus just for a while?
I've tried restarting my computer and disabling AVG and firewall but it doesn't work. I also uninstall it and reinstall it doesn't work. I also run a antivirus scan to remove all virus but same result.
