Starter Kit Project 11 - HELP NEEDED!

Hello. I recently got an Arduino and wanted to give Project 11 a shot. I connected all the wires and components exactly how I was instructed and somehow I still can't get it to work. Even though I used the built-in code in the Arduino software I still wanted to make sure I had everything correct so I have attached the Arduino code file as well as a photo of the circuit board and wiring. The link leads to a google drive folder because when I tried to upload it said "new users cannot upload attachments" so I went with a google drive folder link instead. If you have any ideas on how to help me please let me know. Thank you so much!
