Starting with MKR1310 complicate

Hi,
I'm french user and i begin in MKR1310. I buy a LoraWan gateway TTN in my house.
But.. not working. I follow https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/mkr-wan-1310/the-things-network .

I try with MKRWAN library v1 and Firstconfiguration.ino but always "Something wrong etc.."
I ask to TTN here : Registered Arduino MKR failed auth - #4 by Johan_Scheepers - End Devices (Nodes) - The Things Network
and visibly, something is wrong in librairie or doc ?

I use EU868 ; the gateway receive trattic but OTAA not ending correctly ?
What do you think ?
