Startup problem with Nano BLE - won't start\nothing on port list

Hello,
I have 4 brand new , out of the box Arduino Nano BLE .
when I connect 3 of them to my compter (and I have try 2 differents computers)
can't see then on the IDE port list
also on Device Manager - no new ports
only the Orange led (L) is on, the grean is off all the time
I have try another usb cable - same issue, same problem.

the 4th one - is working on both computers with both usb cables (so my hardware is good).

what could it be?

can it be the all 3 are "broken"?

is there something I can do ?

Thanks,

I have looked on this post
https://forum.arduino.cc/t/arduino-nano-33-ble-damaged/639669/2

tried to press twice on the reset button
did it sevral times , reset the power
and now the red led is on , and sometime it's turn into white ~
but still nothing on theport list

You didn't mention the IDE version you have, but try Arduino IDE 2.0 RC and make sure that you use a data cable (not charging type) to connect the board.

If you are using Arduino IDE 1.8.19, make sure that the board's package core is installed first, see https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Cores

I'm using the lateset
1.8.19
it's data cable - I can connect an old phone (Samsung S3) and see it on the computer.

which board should I install ?
I have install Mbad OS Nano Boardsv 3.2.0

Do I need anything else?

IDE 2 RC didn't made any changes

I thought maybe it is a cable problem,
because when I leave the card connected to usb on the table - it's "playing" and I can see in the Device manager Port4(Arduino nano ble) shown and then disappear .
also the grenn led is something turn on for a few seconds

but when I took another Nano Ble - it's workingwithout any problems
if something is wrong in the cable - nothing whould work - no ?
Thanks,
