Hi Kriszrap, if you are using my circuit with a 32k ohm resistor, you will only get the 'band' function.
The cutoff frequency of your filter is about right, but your output impedance is way too high. It simply won't be able to sink the required current. Try my values of 180 ohm and 47uF.
