Stepper Motor Blind Controller

Hi,

I am kinda knew to stepper motors so just need a bit of help. Is there a away to make a stepper motor rotate a full rotation? I can only make it move a fraction of the way around. I've done some research and its not really helped me that much. Im trying to design a blind controller and ive heard a stepper is a good way of doing it

Cheers

What kind of stepper motor do you have? All the ones I've used will do multiple rotations. Are you sure you don't have a servo which may be rotation limited?

Im pretty sure it can do a full rotation, i have this one:

Small Reduction Stepper Motor - 5VDC 32-Step 1/16 Gearing– The Pi Hut

Note the request for code and schematics.

Looks like a stepper. Show us the code, as noted in the above comment.

After using my brain, Ive got it to work. Seems like its too late to be doing arduino stuff :joy:
