Stepper motor commands

Hi I'm looking for help with a stepper motor I have my Arduino able to track light from 3 ldr's left for left I.e steps= 150 right for right i.e steps = 150. My question is how can I make a command that can put my stepper motor back to "center" I think it would be an "if" command but not sure how to structure it

The usual way to manage a stepper motor is to keep count of what step is at. Then, if you know that (for example) the centre position is step 100 you can easily tell it to move to that position.

The AccelStepper library makes that sort of thing very easy.
