This defines only the mechanical part of the motor ( the mounting flange ). Electrical characteristics can be very different between different NEMA17 steppers. Provide a link to the datasheet of your motor.
The DRV8833 is not very suitable for a stepper. Because of its limited voltage it can drive only small steppers. Most NEMA17 are designed for a current driver and cannot be used with your driver ( a simple H-bridge ) at all.
