# Stepper motor vibrating, but not turning

Hi,  
Can you please post a circuit diagram, not a Fritzy, a hand drawn schematic will be fine.

Have you checked that you have volts between EGnd and Vcc on the encoder socket?

Can you please tell us ALL the DIIP switches settings please?
