Stepper motor vibrating, rocking back and forth, not turning

I miss a second connection to the lower blue rail. Missing GND connection to Uno?

both upper and lower ones are connected though...

Then only a circuit diagram can help, with no hidden cables.

I posted one in my first post, its just Uno and an Easydriver... cables are also visible both on the diagram and pictures... anything specific you want to check?

A circuit diagram does not contain images of hard to recognize components with hard to tell pin numbers or labels. It can contain boxes with labeld connections to other components.

Hi,
What solder are you using?
Can you please go back and remove the old solder, clean the joint, then use fresh solder.

Hi,
Can you use your DMM to measure the motor 12V power supply at the pins on the Easydriver, when you try to drive the stepper.

Have you confirmed that you have 34R between the Red and Yellow wires from the stepper motor, and 34R between the Grey and Green?

PLEASE DRAW AND POST A CIRCUIT DIAGRAM, Please reverse engineer this image so we can see what power supplies you have , what pins are connected where?
Please label ALL components and include Pin names.

Thanks... Tom... :grinning: :+1: :coffee: :australia:
PS, You have tried adjusting the current limit pot on the Easydriver?

So I checked every connection and everything was fine, so I went and bought another Easydriver board to test, and surprise surprise replacing it completely fixed the issue, as it turns out the other board was faulty, I really didn't expect that to happen with a brand new board, but I guess that can also happen...

Thank you all for the feedback and time spent helping out, I appreciate it
