I would like to know if i can connect this motor (BL55B-M01) with arduino uno. Is that possible?

That appears to be just a BLDC with hall sensors. That will need a BLDC controller, preferably for sensored
motors.

If you can cobble together a 3-phase MOSFET bridge, write the logic for commutating from the
hall outputs (with 3.3V level conversion I think), and then figure out the correct drive sequence,
then yes, but I don't think that's trivial.
