I'm wondering what is better to use for middle class hobby robot arm, stepper motors or servo and which models would genereta less noise and more stability, can soebody explane a little bit? Also some link for more info about the joins if somebody can provide would be great.

Have you used Google to find examples of the sort of robot arm you want to make? Do those robots use servos or stepper motors?
You have given no idea of the size of the thing you want to make or the forces it will require.
In general servos are very much easier to work with than stepper motors.
It may be a good idea to make a small simple robot with cheap servos as a learning exercise.
basically is a hobby project with learning purpuses, but I whant to make it a little bit more smoother hehe and the cheep servos generates more noise but is easier to set the angles
